Hilltro provides technology and administrative tools. It is not a letting or estate agent, does not hold tenancy funds and does not replace legal advice.
Landlords keep ownership of listing content and grant Hilltro a limited licence to format, publish and use it to advertise the property and promote Hilltro, without materially misrepresenting the property.
Rent, holding deposits and tenancy deposits move directly between landlord and tenant. Users remain responsible for checking bank details and complying with their legal obligations.
