How to use Hilltro's AI property listing assistant
Hilltro's AI property listing assistant turns the facts entered in the listing wizard into a reviewable property description and an indicative monthly rent. The description uses details such as property type, room count, furnishing, outside space, parking and amenities. The rent suggestion uses Hilltro's postcode-led valuation engine and, when available, carries across the richer answers from a completed Instant Valuation.
Frequently asked questions
Can AI write my rental property description?
Yes. Hilltro drafts a description from the property type, rooms, furnishing, outside space, parking, floor and selected amenities. You see the full draft before applying it and can edit every word before publishing.
Does the Hilltro listing assistant invent property features?
No. The draft is assembled from information supplied in the listing wizard. Landlords should still check it carefully because they remain responsible for the accuracy of the published advert.
How does the AI rent suggestion work?
It uses Hilltro's postcode-led rental valuation engine, then adjusts for the property information available in the listing. A completed Instant Valuation adds richer inputs such as floor area, condition, renovation age, building type, transport distance and plot size.
Do I have to use the suggested rent?
No. The recommendation is indicative. You can apply the central estimate or enter your own monthly rent, and the final listing remains under your control.
Is Hilltro's AI listing assistant free?
Yes. The listing wizard, description assistance and indicative rental valuation can be used without an upfront listing fee. Hilltro charges a flat £49 only when a landlord finds a tenant through the platform.
